My new "gig" takes me to the UK.  The NHS is investing 12 billion dollars in new hardware and software for their healthcare systems.  It will totally change the way they do business in the UK.  A long over due upgrade.

My part in this five year project?  A senior level Carecast developer, working with IDX along with the client hospital and clinics.  It should be a very interesting and challenging project, although I hate being away from home so much.

In the end however, it will make for a fantastic project to put on my resume.
